Position Summary

Spotless Co. is expanding its residential cleaning division, Daisy Maids, into the Stevens Point area. We are looking for an experienced cleaning professional with leadership experience to help launch and grow this new branch.

The Residential Cleaning Branch Coordinator will help establish daily operations, complete residential cleaning estimates, manage schedules, communicate with customers, train employees, and personally clean homes.

This is a hands-on leadership position. The right person must be willing to work alongside the cleaning team while helping build a reliable and successful branch.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A reliable source of transportation.
  • Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk for extended periods of time. 
  • Ability to work well alone.
Schedule 
  • The schedule will vary and will be from Tuesday - Friday
  • Start times are at 8:00 AM. 
Responsibilities 
  • Help launch and grow the Daisy Maids residential cleaning branch in Stevens Point.
  • Clean residential homes according to company standards.
  • Complete cleaning estimates and follow up with prospective customers.
  • Schedule customers and cleaning team members.
  • Communicate with customers regarding appointments, services, and concerns.
  • Help recruit, train, supervise, and support cleaning employees.
  • Inspect completed work and address quality concerns.
  • Manage call-ins, scheduling changes, and daily operational issues..

Required Experience
  • Professional residential cleaning experience is required.
  • Previous management, supervisory, or team-lead experience is required.
  • Experience training employees and holding team members accountable.
  • Strong customer-service and communication skills.
  • Strong organization, scheduling, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
